Need Help with dealing with GC Services, collection agency in Houston Texas. I am trying to settle a defaulted student loan and they do nothing but harrass and threaten..

Has anyone worked directly with the federal government to resolve defaulted student loan disputes and outside of the Texas Attorney General's office where should I complain about GC Services tactics. I will also complain to the US Depart. of Education which appparantly has hired them as a "collector" on their accouts.
