I bought an engagement ring and got the 6 month option to pay it off. I was waiting for the bill for months. 6 months pass and I still haven't gotten my billing statement!

Finally 3 months later I got my first billing with almost $300 dollars in finance charges and late fees that added up without my knowledge. I am very stressed out! I call them and they say it is my fault because I never paid anything but how could I when I never got the statements.

Just to get it over with I offer to pay it all off with another credit card with a lower interest rate but they told me I couldn't pay it over the phone. I was like what!!!

They told me that I had to call my Mastercard and ask them to send them a check with the total amount. I thought to myself is this a real credit card business or what!

Every business excepts payment in credit card over the phone. This could be a scam so let's get together and investigate this company. I don't want to get ripped off!!
