GE Money Bank called me to say I was approved for a $5,000 loan with reasonable payment plan. First day of call was 8/18/2015. I was hopeful since I was trying to get a loan to market my business. The first caller was David Johnson, but he sounded very foreign with a heavy accent. I'm sure the name was made up. But, I was just excited about getting this loan.

He asked about my credit score and since its only fair, he said his company has a program if I'm interested. Of course, sure why not..He said that GE Money Bank would pay off my credit card which @ the time was $1,325.00. Then, all I would have to do was make a installment payment of $300.00, using a money gram to prove I can make the monthly payment. So I was instructed to go to Walmart withdrew the amount for the money gram which was 11.50 and of course that would come off my Capitol One Credit Card.

He said, that is David Johnson, not too worry, I will get my loan the next business day. So the next day, I checked my account and of course no loan...I called them back and was promptly connected to David Johnson, He said the loan did not go through because I just needed to make a $250 dollar insurance payment because incase I can't pay off the loan on a timely basis. So once again, I was to go to Walmart and get the available cash off of my Credit Card plus the fee and forward the money gram to them. Alway's assuring me I will get my loan in no time. This happened 8/19/2015.

So the next day I checked my account, but sure enough no loan...So I called them back and got connected with David Johnson and he was very sorry, but he could.nt send such a large amount because of an interstate tax that had to get paid do to transferring money from 1 state to another and Wisconsin always require that do to their state laws. (Now doesn't that sould believable)??

So getting upset with them, he assued me that as soon as I pay the Interstate Tax, I will be good to go. I eventually agreed to withdraw another $250.00 which came to $261.50..this is the usual way they do it..(Money Gram to Money Gram and it was sent to Alfredo Saenz, there is a reference number  55394988# . I called already there is no way to track the money.

So the next day, I checked my account, of course no loan. I called them back and was rerouted to Paul Abraham anHe startedd he went onto tell me that David Johnson met with a tragic accident. (He was riding his bike with my $250,00 (omg) and now they can't talk to his widow so he actally wanted me to resend the money??? I told him to basically go to HELL after this fiasco and hung up!

The next day, he called again, saying He could't transfer the money because my bank is requesting $150 fee for this, but they don't tell the customer. He assured me don't worry, I will get my loan and all will be good. I told him I will call my bank. When I called my bank, of course no such transaction took place. So contacted Paul Abraham back and said he is lying that I will report him and his fraudent Company..

He started laughing that I don't have the money an attorney. By that time I was furious so told him he is a real s**t and to f you and his words to me were "I will f**k you" Laughing!!! I hung up..and started reporting him and the company.

After the disturbing call, I discovered that the payment that they made on the card was not real. Capitol One said the payment came back as insufficient funds. My credit card is now close to $1,990.00. I've been damaged, Recently I got another call from Steve Miller from GE Money. saying I have all your money just need your fee to transfer the funds. Again with another story that is false!!!
