Geico Geico InsuranceGeico Auto Insurance Liers, Rude, Outright disrespectful

This ripoff is pertaining to a claim handled by Geico, involving an automibile accident, Geico was the insurer for Unit 1. Unit 1 was listed on the accident report Section E - Human Factors, [this specifies the human factors that was involved with the accident] code 08 - "Failed to yeild right of way"; code 14 "Innattention".  Unit was listed on the accident Section E, Code 99 "None detected". What actually happend coinsides with the Official Accident Report Gieco's insured driver was not paying attention, ran a red light, and I inavoidably struck their car, due to the fact I was doing the speed lime (45 MPH) and had no where I could swerve off to because their were other vehicles in the turn lane, I had no way to avoid this accident.

After several months of dealing with the rudeness of the Geico reps, and their extremely rude lawer, because there was a hearing on this, it was determined that this accident was of no fault. I fail to understand where there is no falt when the driver of Unit 1 admitted to running a red lignt, even admitted to not paying attention; because this driver was having a discussion with three other occupants in their vehicle.

Bottom line Geico Insurance Company lied and failed to any proof that I could have avoided this accident therefore stuck me with an accident on my driving record, costing me the deductible to repair my vehicle that was undriveable.  At this time I would not recommend Geico to anybody because they do not stand up to their advertising.
