This company, now trading as GemSelect was called Sett Company before I believe ? They have a Very Very bad reputation in the on-line gem stone world. They also have a very bad rep on Ebay. I see these complaints go back 3 years ! I am not surprised. Problem is that people don't do any research before sending their money to anyone on-line. Incredible but true. These companies rely on there being sufficient fools to keep them afloat. Good luck.
