GemSelect Sett Items never received. No customer service. Internet, Internet

Hello,

I have read the complaints below but I can't comment on whether the gem stones are fake or not.

My father- in- law ordered a stone for his daughter as she was about to graduate.

Nothing arrived so he called Gemselect. He was told that the stone had left their office and it was not their problem. He was told to call FedEx if he had a complaint.

He called FedEx who told him to call Gemselect and get them to call FedEx. He called Gemselect who were very rude and arrogant and made it pretty obvious that they were bored with his problem !!

He never received the gem stone and he never heard from Gemselect again. Seems they didnt give a hoot.
