I found this company online my husband desired a upgraded brass and copper radiator..Radiator leaked very next day after our mechanic installed it..I immediately called company to request our moneyback for sending us a defective faulty radiator I was told at that point they donnot give moneyback never during purchase by phone or nowhere in there online ad do this company make that clear...Finally got Manager or Supervisor on the phone he said he would pay for repairs to this supposedly brand new radiator BUT refused to pay for labor of uninstalling or reinstalling we are out of double labor at this point..Hestitately we had to take this brand new radiator to a Radiator Shop immediately the Shop seen the poorly made bad quality of this radiator they fixed header leak and repairs held up only THREE WEEKS enough to get us over the road far away from home with a leaking radiator...Called company again same story we will repair BUT pay no labor at this point we know we were totally RIPPED OFF we will spend a small fortune in labor dealing with this radiator...We eventually made it home after going through gallons of water and antifreeze and stopping by several Shops along the way I can give names and numbers of Shops Radiator shops from different states that say OH NO!! We eventually bought another Radiator and we are stuck with this radiator... We have been out of thousands behind this purchase and we are not rich enough to hire a lawyer and sue this company but I have made several complaints...BUYER BEWARE!!

General Radiator National Porge Radiator I found this company on the internet my husband desired a upgraded radiator for our 2008 Freightliner Century Class...The radiator leak the very next day after our mechanic installed it, I immediately called and requested or money back for sending us a defective faulty radiator at that point I was told this company donnot give money back..Never at anytime of purchase or nowhere online do this company advertise they willnot return money...Finally I spoke to manger or supervisor name Jim he tried to mail us stop leak which we refused to run through our engine at the advice of our mechanic..The manager said he would pay to repair his defective faulty radiator BUT refused to pay for labor of uninstalling and reinstalling..We hesitately agreed because he refused to give our money back we took this radiator to the Radiator Shop and immediatley they said OH NO they seen the poorly made quality they fixed the header leak and this repair held up for three weeks enough to get us far our on the road with a leaking radiator..Called company again the same story will repair BUT no labor cost so at this point we see we are screwed stuck with a bad radiator...We eventually had to purchase a better radiator and we are stuck holding this company radiator the biggest rip off they have a scam going they will warranty for 5 years you will spend a small fortune on installing and uninstalling...BUYER BEWARE!!!!
