General Tire Purchase 4 General Tires in September 2014 Via Tirerack.com the purchase was supposed to net a rebate from General of 50.00. I E-mailed, and faxed all the requirements document to General. Received an email confirmation and rebate confirmation number. Have never received a rebate. When I check the General rebate tracking site my rebate tracking number comes up as not valid. Whenever I call customer Service is horrable. This is my fourth set of General Tiers over the last few years for different vehicles, it will be my LAST ALSO! Nationwide

Purchased 4 - General Tire in September 2014 Via Discount tire. Filed all paper work with general tire for the $50 rebate ... received a conframation but never received any rebate, customer service is a joke, I will NEVER purchse another set of GENERAL TIRES ever again.
