Agents request information from customer but pass themselves off as being familiar with your information. Looking for VIN numbers to access information about Location. The Bank account Routing number and account numbers. Or even Credit Information such as Card, Name , Expiration. Even 3 # security Code. Dont most charges occur without security code. Unfortunately at first research (while on other line with agent), Online business looked legit with no complaints.

So I gave up my information to secure their services and product. However, further research later same day showed Someone else having had problems with the company. Name of my Agent was same as President per New Hampshire BBB. New company only made aware to BBB less than a Month with 6 Month start up date. Very Peculiar practices..I changed and blocked credit card to prevent charges. Still worry enough information may have been obtained through VIN of vehicle and Bank Information to possibly lead to credit fraud.

I did ask for names and numbers and was given both...havent tried to use them yet.
if anyone has information or experience with the information I gave in regards to credit fraud...please reply or report under same heading

I have been called by this company for months on end. I have asked to be removed from their call list and hung up on every time.

I took a call today, after being called yesterday morning and asking to be removed from future calls.

Today I pretended to be interested in their offer in order to gain more information to file a formal complaint.

The phone number on their website is out of service as well.

My initial conversation started with a man named 'Louis' that transferred my call to 'Anthony Depolo', both voices were the same.

781-569-1100 is the current phone number given by 'Anthony', I was also given
603-685-0100 by 'Louis' before being transferred initially.

I called back at the information given, and asked the operator his name, 'Jeff' was the reply. Same person, same voice.

Buyer beware, as Google Anthony DePaolo is a baseball player, so it's not likely to be a real name either.

I have read the other reports on this company and completely disagree that this is a scam. I have already used my warranty and have had no problem whatsoever. I understand that we all get nervous giving personal information over the phone..but.. not all companies are out to get you. I had questions about where and when I could use my service and was sent to a "wonderfully friendly" man (Ray).. and he answered my questions with professionalism and accurate information. I would highly recommend that if you have purchased a warranty --call Ray if you have any reservations or questions. I am sure they are all highly trained that work there, but I have dealt with him only so this is what I know!! Good Luck!!

PS- I wasn't on here looking for them--I happened upon it while being mad at my TV warranty!! lol
