General Warranty Services Cell Phone Harrassment Salem Nationwide

This company is the biggest sham I have ever heard of. I thought when we (politicians) created the DO NOT CALL list, it also made all cell numbers on that list. I may be wrong there, but it's still harassment when I have 5-10 calls every day or every other day after being on their "DNC list" for 3 months now. They say it takes 24 hours.
I dont understand if the pre-recording says my limited warranty on my car is up, why do they need the make and model? Shouldn't they have a data entry department that has already put that information in? My car is a 2000. I would assume EVERY warranty is over on my car by now...it is 2009!
I have been harassed by credit cards that I owe money to. I can understand there persistence. But to renew a warranty? Really?!? Is it that important on a nearly decade old vehicle with 150,000 miles? Well, I guess I learn something new everyday.
The bulk of my phone calls come from NH on the caller ID. I have recently been getting them from VT, ID, WA, NM and RI. Some now are even listed on the caller ID as cellular call. That can be traced very easy. It needs to be.
I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold. 15 minutes later (yes, I waited) I was given to a "manager" who said he had no problem adding me to their DNC list and I should enjoy taking money from his children and than silence...call ended.
Just today I wasted the time of a very very angry gentleman from this company who (and I have done some telemarketing in my time) didn't know his companies web site address. Umm again my ignorance may be showing, but every telemarketing job I have had the web address is posted on just about everything, and even at my regular job its kinda important to know the web address since it creates revenue for the company. We'll dont they want my money?? These guys and gals calling are complete jokes and they know exactly what they are doing. Do not fall for this scam. Play along with them, log your calls and wait for them to do something stupid. I assume they are already riding the class action lawsuit line.
