Genuine White They Promised a Refund of $94.31 & Are Now CLOSED Henderson Nevada

  From Amazon I too, was offered a promotion and to select a gift and I would only have to pay for shipping. It then signed me up after routing me through a series of screens for a 14 day trial. I called 7/28 to cancel & was advised it had been 10 days & my account was billed for $94.31 . After a very lengthy conversation and back and forth with being told I qualified for a 30% refund and then a 60% refund I was finally told they would refund me at 100% And issued me an RMA number. I went to the post office the same day and mailed it back to them for a full refund. I followed the tracking number and saw on 8 / 3 it was at Henderson Nevada post office due to attempted delivery and business was closed. I called the 800 number again and explain that to rep & after he looked up the tracking number and read it back to me also, he advised me they would be "gathering" my package that day of the three white magic markers that had been mailed to me and would be issuing me the refund within 24 hours but it could take 7 days to show up on my account. It did not show up on my account and I called the 800 number once more and got a recording it stated the business was closed and there had been a court appointed attorney assign to the claims for the clients. Since my account was canceled when I got the RMA number for no more shipments or charges, I'm not listed as a client and it did not give me a phone number of who this court-appointed person is or how to get in contact with them. What do I do from here?
