I sent for a sample of tooth whitening product from both of these companies, who are obviously in collusion with each other.

Before I received my samples, they had both charged my credit card with the full amount of the shipments, plus the sample price plus a couple of other charges.

I immediately called the company and cancelled my account but of course they claim that the time limit had been exceeded and they would not refund my charges. I still had not received the "free samples".

They started out saying they would give me a "courtesy refund" of 35%, then they agreed to refund 60% and finally if I return the product which I have not received they would refund 75%. I hope that this will be the case but I am afraid that there will be some loophole around this too.

I tried to look up this company before I ordered the samples and nothing flagged. I am so angry and am writing this in the hopes that it prevents someone else from going through the same thing.
