Genuine White trial program is a total scam. The wording and terms are misleading and deceptive. They say the cost of the trial is only $1.03 plus shipping and handling, which is $3.86. The trial period is 10 days. They do not tell you the trial date starts the day you place your order. If it takes more than 10 days to receive your order you will be billed the full $94.61 on your credit card the 10th day after placing the order. You do not have time to try the product before you are charged the $94.61. If you do receive the product and use it and cancel before the 10 days you are then charged for the product unless you return the unused product and even then you are charged for the amount you did use. At the very least you will be out of pocket the $1.03 + $3.86 + the cost of shipping the product back. I am filing a complaint against this company with the Attorney General's Office for fraud and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practice Act. I talked to Nilan in their customer service and finally asked to speak to his supervisor. He informed me he was the supervisor. I then ask to speak to his boss, and he informed me he was the boss, again another misrepresentation.  I am putting this on the internet and asking for people who have been mislead by this company to contact me for the purpose of filing a class action suit against the company.
