Geo Holiday AKA Fairfield i need help - fairfield geo holiday is destroying my life and my credit toronto Ontario

i need help. we got caught up in the geo holiday rip-off scam. we paid for at least 10 years. we gave them 10500 dollars and then we were forced to pay over 500.00 dollars per year, plus the rci fees. no matter how many times i called them to tell them we wanted out, they would not listen. they got rude and demanded from us their payment for annual dues.

we got stoned wall into the 'free vacation' and we were stuck there for over 5 hours. they wouldnt take no for an anwswer. they brought in their high pressure big man and they just wouldnt take no. we finally broked down and said fine.

after we sign up we are thinking what have we done. we never used their travel. we never wanted this and we could never get out of it. My husband has passed on, i call them to tell them i don't use their service, i don't want their service and i am no longer going to pay.

now they are demanding 5K from me, plus their fees. they have destroyed my credit rating and i am no longer able to get credit for the first time in my life.

if you are reading this, i want to take these people to court. while what they are doing may not be illegal, they are harrassing me, have held me in a life time contract, and are refusing to go away.

i am going to find me a credit lawyer and take these people to court. it does not seem reasonable to me to be able to take someone for all this money without a way out and taking their money for consumer affairs

i need help and fast. this is not okay and this has to be breach of contract since they lied to us in the first place.
