George Kise wildflowers and bugs Accepted order and payment for sign, never delivered, New York

WE, as ripped-off, trusting consumers, need to put this criminal out of business.  I have the same situation as all of you who have filed complaints.  Does anyone have contact info for George?  A last name? I would like to start legal action against him, not just to recover my losses, but to prevent him from continuing to rip off unsuspecting consumers.  He's probably selling phony signs right now, as I type this. I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who does not want to slink away with their tail between their legs.
