On May 21, 2003, my company entered into a contract for services with Gorge S. May International in which May was to provide my co. with magement servieces for the purpose of developing and organized plan for management.

After May had begun to develop the management plan for my co., an employee of May committed and act which made further performance under the contract impossible, and therfore made useless all services performed by May and paid by my Co. Because of the breach of contract caused by the acts of May employees, we have suffered economic losses due to lost time, damage to its good will twoards employees, and costs paid to May.

The bases of this complaint for breach of contract is the alleged inappropriate advances of May's employee, towards a female employee, while May was in the process of forming a business plan for my Co.Because part of May's business plan involves proper employee and personnel interaction, the inappropriate behavior of May's employee towards personnel during performance of its contract shows that May is incapable of providing direction to my co. regarding proper interoffice relations between male and female emplyees.

May has refused to cooperate with any investigation into there employee's actions. There are many other issues involving their demenor that have already been reported by other companies thoughout the country.
