Every individual that has had bad dealings with Gerald E. Moore & Assoc., PC needs to go to the FTC web site and file a complaint.

The more the FTC hears, the better. We just filed 10 (yes I said ten) lawsuits against Gerald E. Moore & Assoc., PC, Jeanne Tatum, Angela Dean and a Mr. Banks.

A little back ground, we had a debt in the amount of $3,500 with NMBA, we've paid Gerald E. Moore $3,700 now they're pressing for an additional $5,700 (fees, interest, etc.). We sent a letter in April 03 and again Jan 05 requesting that they not call at work, well, you guessed it, everyday we get a call to our place of employment from them demanding the balance and debit card information.

So, take the time and file a TRUTHFULL complaint with the FTC.
