Gerald E. Moore & Associates Didn't and still haven't given me the title to my car ripoff Marietta Georgia

I was admitedly late on a few car payments, I was in Korea and I noticed I wasn't getting any statements from my car people so i called them, they told me that they sold my account to a collections agency and gave me their contact number.

I called them and they told me i owed 1000 more dollars than i owed the original company and i payed my car off with them. (6k) I got a letter in the mail saying that my payment was cleared and i didn't owe them any more more etc, but i didn't get the title to my car as promised.

I called repeatedly from korea and the bs answer they told me was that they couldn't mail a title to a post office box after telling me many times that they would just call me back.. I was told i needed to talk to one specific woman and they said that they'll give her my message and she will call me back. I told them they woldn't and argued that they didnt' have long distance like this. she argued until i told her again that i was In Korea, so don't lie to me and tell me that they just happen to have Asia on their long distance calling plan. She said "Oh we can't call there!" I told her that's exactly why i needed to talk to someone right then.

Eventually they jsut put some random female that didn't help me on the phone to try and appease me. I know this because they kept saying she was busy and or away and for her to suddenly be "There" after arguing on the phone a while with no real action taken but to tell me the same thing all the others had told me they were probably lying.

When I was making my payment, Gerald himself (supposedly, im not sure anymore what's true out of their mouths) assisted me. I was oviously important enough to help when i was sendign money, just not important enough for them to keep up their side of the deal with sending me my title.

That was in july 2005. We all know what day it is today. and i still dont have my title. Everytime I call I get an answering machine, and no one calls back even still. If I had the money to go down their and give them a piece of my mind I would. For now, Im just stuck calling and getting quietly ignored by this company.
