I was called by this company about a citibank debt which was not mine. She lived in Louisiana and I have lived in Arizona for 20 years. I stupidly told them it was not me and when they asked who I was I stupidly told them.
They put my information in the account and harassed me while I was ill with my diabetes. They threatened me, and sold my account to Action Financial who filed a lawsuit when their own paperwork showed the account was past the statute of limitations.
They falsified the information to old account numbers that were past debts and tried to make it so they had it in my name.
Now they will not disclose information now for identity theft, They are illegal slimy scumbags that gyp everyone.

Report these wonderful dreges of society to Federal Trade Commission! Give them all of the pertinent information. Whatever you do don't vie those falsely accusing you of a debt any information!
You can also report them to IRS.gov. Download form 3949A, fill it out make a copy for yourself and send it by Certified Mail. You may even recieve a !05 Reward for all of their Illegal activity. One other Government entity you can go to is Secret Service and FBI.gov/submit a tip! Good luck!
