Germain Toyota Maintenance department Naples Florida

My wife and I took her vehicle to Germain Toyota to fix an issue they created with my wifes Toyota Solara. We brought our solara to Germain to replace the battery because it had a toyota warranty on it. Well a week and a half later my wife tries to use the Aux port and the CD player and it didnt work. Prior to the service everything worked fine.

  So we brought the car into the shop to have them fix it but then the maintanence representative states that he will have to charge us $99 for a dignostic on the vehcile to make sure it was not there fault!? Why should I have to pay $99 to make sure it was not your fault? You caused the issue....... Eveything worked fine prior to Germain replacing the battery.

To make a point we didnt get the car fixed and now I am warning people of there practices!!!!!!

Germain Toyota make the bulk of there money from the service department....Becareful
