FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

My husband bought the videos for a friend's Xmas gift after catching the ad on the t.v. last month.

He says that he asked not to receive anything else. Well apparently they took that literally and we have not received anything else but we have been billed $23.98 exactly one month after the first purchase.

(These people don't waste any time.) My husband used our debit card, luckily I happened to check our purchases this month and caught the bill.

He swears that he never ordered anything else from them. After reading these reports I guess I may have to change my entire account to get rid of these people.

I will be calling my credit union tomorrow first thing. I have already sent out an email to this company but I doubt that it will do anything.

Thank-you to everyone who has tried to stop these people, I will file a report with the FTC and the postal inspectors as suggested.

If anyone hears about a successful class action lawsuit being served let me know, since they screwed me I'd be glad to return the favor! I will try from my end to put a stop to these guys, much luck to anyone else.
