I just received a letter from the Lawyer that is handeling the bankruptsy case. A proof of claim form must be filed by any individuals seeking restitution in time for the Meeting of Creditors on 21 February 2003 at 11:30am. In the letter it states that without further noice the court may dismiss cases for failure of the debtor to timely file required schedules, satements or lists.

The name of the attorney is Brian K McMahon Esq. phone 561-367-1232, their office was to send this information out to all individuals that Gibson Trust has done business with. Contact this office for anyone who was with Gibson Trust who has not received a letter from this attorney or filed yet. Time is running out.
