I tried to withdraw $300.00 at one of their machines at Pechanga Casino in Temecula, California. I got as far as "agreeing to the service charge" then the machine shut down. I never recieved any monies nor a reciept. My banking institution ivestigated. GCA is a rip off company that calls the consumer a liar and steals our money. We have no way of proving that we did not recieve the money and they know that.
