Global Cash Access ATM Machines GCA RIPPED OF BY THE CASINO/ATM COMPANY LEFT STRANDED WITH WIFE AND SON. LAS VEGAS, Nevada

May 3,2010 my family and I checked in to the encore casino in las vegas ,NV . The next day my wife went to pull money out from the atm and the machine read that she had reached her daily maximum and that it couldn't perform the transaction . Thinking that the atm machine was inoperable she tried another machine . This time also yielding the same results. Frustrated by this action she checked the balance of our account and found out somehow the atm had charged our account two times with out dispensing and money and we  were now $1000. overdrawn  in  our checking account.

After my finding out this information  my wife contacted the head of the atm machines for  the casino . The person explained to us that it isn't possible that the atm machines are the problem and that our bank must be the issue. By this time I was informed of the situation and wanted to speak to the head of the casino after talking to my bank .(our bank told us that the casino was to blame for the problem) Now here we are in las vegas with no money to get home , a hungry three year old and the casino and our bank playing power struggles. NICE! Anyhow the bank let us know it would be about ten days before we would be able to recieve an outcome . OK , well in that time ,I would be recieving another paycheck which my bank  will help themselves to some more money which i will never see again. FOR WHOSE MISTAKE!GCA ARE CROOKS AND STEVE WYNN AND HIS CHAIN OF CASINOS ARE NO BETTER TO LEAVE US IN THAT SITUATION.
