Global Cash Access ATM Machines San Manuel Indian Casino (employing Global ATM machines) Ripped off and charged by bank Highland, Calif., California

On June 4, 2010, I went to San Manuel Indian Casino in Highland, Ca. I stopped at the ATM machine closest to the bingo hall and tried to withdraw 300.00. The machine did not issue money, but on the screen was a notice as the "transaction is cancelled, and your bank account will not be charged" no receipt no money. I walked away and went to another machine, and got my 300.00. On my bank's  website I noticed I had been charged.  I called San Manuel and they in turn gave me the number of Global ATM and I called them. They told me to file a regulation E. with my bank. Which I did. They investigated after they credited my account, but Global denied any wrong doing, and my bank then withdrew the funds once again. Global denies any and all mistakes on their machines, and all the people who have been scammed are out the money. Global ATM's are scam machines.
