GLOBAL FINANCIAL consumer fraud ripoff Internet Worldwide

I was promised a visa with a $2500 limit they took my $221.00 dollars via phone check. To date I have received nothing. I called 4 times each time they would buy time by claiming they did send it, or haveing ther wrong address, etc. I called today, 3-17-03, this time they claimed they had no record of my transaction. In fact the person on the phone sounded like he was on drugs acted real stupid, took my number and claimed a supervisor would be calling me back.

Right after I hung up I call the secret service. This practice is a criminal violation, it is wire fraud and is handled by the secret service. The person at secret service said that small of a amount would probably not get any remidy, but if everybody who was ripped off called the secret service things my change. I dont care about the money, its the principle of the thing and these sob's need to be taken down.
