I could write so much on this company, but the biggest thing is that I am just so dissappointed, frustrated and realistically broke. I work for a mortgage company and spent $979 on marketing with these people... by myself, for my own personal business and for over two months I have not made a single penny because they have NOT PROVIDED ME WITH ONE SINGLE QUALITY LEAD and becase I havent been able to just get my money back, I have no other money to invest elewhere.
This all started the middle of February. I contacted someone in sales ONE TIME. After talking to her, I said that unfortunately, what Global Inet provides would not work for me because I only do refinancing and I work with people in person so they would have to be in my area... meaning I would have to know that they are people around the Orlando area. She had said that unfortunately they were only for the whole state of Florida. After calling me more than FIVE more times to "pitch" me on buying leads, she said they would have this amazing new system in place by Monday that would show me the cities before I chose any lead that WOULD BE TELEPHONE VERIFED AND A "HOT" LEAD... SHE ASSURED me that there would be more than enough leads and that I had to hurry and overnight my check to her the very next day so I would be setup and ready to go by Monday.
OVER A WEEK later, their system still did not work, nor did it show any cities before the leads were put in the system... I immediataly was put on the phone with the owner, Steve Blisko, and he said that he had told no one else at that point about the leads having the cities, but that was truly going to be happening. HE ASSURED ME, once again that if I "were family" we would tell me to check the system by Tuesday night and I would start seeing tons of leads that were for refinancing and local to me. THAT WAS A SUCH A JOKE.
Another two weeks later, there were still no leads, and when there were maybe one or two per day, they were nowhere near me. For the first month, the system was never working properly and even to this day, I get random emails that they send to me, which make no sense... regarding random leads I havent returned or new leads available when they arent there.
Basically After I had gone a couple of weeks, I was already fed up and just wanted my money back. Up until even now their response has always been "we are provding you with sufficient leads"... I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE QUALITY LEAD.
NOW, THIS WAS WHEN THING STARTED TO GET REDICULOUS... so, finally after a month or so of not actually having any viable leads, I finally just took some that were around the whole state, even though it would be very difficult for me to work with those people due to how my company is set up... but I had to try and get something. When I finally actually got on the phone with some people... they would ALWAYS BE SO MAD BECAUSE I WAS USUALLY AT LEAST THE 20TH PERSON TO TO CALL THEM... I would verify that they only filled out one form and then said yes. Some people had even said that they never did fill ANYTHING out, and had refinanced SIX MONTHS PRIOR. After this happened with at least ten people total, I had NO trust in this company or their leads. They would encourage me to just take leads and if they eneded up being fake or bad, they would just replace them... this is never what I signed up for and never would have had I known prior to giving them my money just exactly what the terms and conditions are with their company.
Every time I would call them they would just give me more leads.. .meaning, I started with 50 leads and eventually they got to over 65 leads... but it didnt matter because they were not quality, TELEPHONE VERIFIED LEADS as they had promised. They even switched me to EXCLUSIVE leads and people would still say that tons of people had called them.
You could imagine the last couple of months have been horrible. Not only am I out $979 dollars, I have made no money at ALL, I have spent tens of hours of my time fighting this company... every single person knows me there and has even told me on the phone that they understand, and agree with me, but because they have paid out so much money in refunds, that they just cant afford to give me my money back.
Well, I have contacted the local District Attorney, the Attornery General, the Better Business Bureau, the City of Jacksonville and the FDA consumer services department. I am just getting started.... all I HAVE EVER WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK so that I could try and spend money on marketing to ascertain business elsewhere.
I have never been rude or mean or unreasonable. However, I can't put into words how frustrated this whole situation has made me. But, I do wonder if others share a similiar story as mine........

Mr. Drew's claims are completely false and misleading. He ordered package 1a which affords him 45 leads. He did not choose our package 'b' option which would have afforded him a replacement policy for those he could not contact "no answer".
Despite his not purchasing package "b" he was still credited 18 times for leads that he could not reach simply due to no answer.
The facts of his case are listed below:
1) He downloaded 31 total leads.
2) He returned 18 and all were credited.
3) He received 57 alterts from the system noifying him that there were a total of 146 leads that met his criteria available for him which he chose not to take. Data sheet listed below.
4) He logged into the system on 69 occasions agreeing to the terms and conditions each time but not taking the leads that were there for him up through 6/20 despite his cliams.
5)At no time was he ever told by any staff member that refunds "can't" be issued for financial reasons. He was specifically told that refund only issue in cases were the account obligation cannot be met. (leads not available) which is not the case here.
6) We have contacted his boss who's name is Leroy on several occasions regarding his false claims and threats.
7) His case is now with our legal department and will remain there unitl resolved.

Update On My Situation

Well, I have been pursuing a number of ways to obtain my money back from them for the last couple of months. They responded to the BBB compliant and said that they had done nothing wrong, but they dont feel as though they need to respond to the City of Jax, Consumer Affairs Division or the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
I have been waiting to hear something for months now and have heard nothing and since I have really needed business, I decided that I would try and get some leads and just test them out. Lisa Miller(who longer works there ironically) had told me I would be switched to exclusive leads...I trusted her and now no one seems to have any information about that, or the fact that when switched me over, she took away leads from me in the system because she had switched me to the exclusive leads.
What really made me so frustrated was that when I told the woman today that I was considering going to small claims court... she said that I wouldnt win, noone does... that they would just dismiss my case. Well, we will see about that.....
So, just in case anyone shares in my experience, I know a couple people would love to hear your personal experience. Besides posting your experience on here, there are a few people that would love to know if you had an experience similiar to mine. It will only take you a few minutes to file a complaint and they are there to help you if you have been swindled as well:

Just ask them to file a complaint if you want your voice to be heard. I have never heard from Steve Blisko except when he called my manager and told him to have me stop pursuing getting my money back as if he was my parent.
If you want to spend just a few dollars to try and get your money back, you can always go to www.ncourt.com and file your claim online in small claims court. If there are enough of us that have been cheated we may not have file a small claims because the Attorney General will take action.
Hope that helps others that have been a victim as I have. If I am the only one that has had a horrible experience then I apologize for you having to read this, however if there ARE others, this cannot keep happening.

This company is really the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Just to even get a copy of the "Terms and Conditions" of the agreemeent that I never signed, I have had to call and get from them because its only avaialable when you have leads that you can actually download... and since I havent had leads to download, I am unable to view that.
Well, the last three times I have called, I have asked to speak to ANYONE in customer service to get this and they are "in training". They put all of their customer service in training at one time so that no one is available all day?
Also, when responding to my BBB complaint and basically telling me that there were leads and that there are no garantees on their part as to lead flow(yes, I guess when there are none that is pretty slow lead flow), they said that if I relaxed my filters, there might be more leads....... MY FILTERS ARE SET AT EVERY LEAD IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND HAVE BEEN!!! SO, now I am supposed to go out of the state of Florida for a lead? Unreal.
They also told me in their response that "ALL leads are verified by phone", and then later they say that "there are times when contact information is not correct"... I dont understand how this could be if it were telephone verified. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS PEOPLE THAT HAVE SAID WE NEVER WERE CALLED AND HAVE NOT REQUESTED INFORMATION, PLEASE DONT CALL ME! So, they are just making this up?
