Global Tel Link - Mci rip off phone company Salem Alabama

my husband is in a correctional facility and global tel link is the phone company aka mci. in one month it has cost me over 500.00 dollars for 13 phone calls. first my bill was 46.00 then the next day it was 79.58 after three phone calls then the following day it was 96.00 dollars after one phone call then 100.88 dollars after no phone calls. when I called them to talk to them they couldn't give me a answer. what they did tell me was I would have to wait until my bill came out she they could tell me what was going on since there was no way for them to see it on the computer, and if I wanted to talk to my husband I would have to pay it off. so I paid 25.88 just so I could tell him what was going on since he would have no way of knowing.

that was on friday I came home from work on saturday and checked my phone bill it was 303.86 and they put a hold on it again. I tryed to call them but they are closed on the weekend. tell me how after only talking to my husband two time the night before my bill went to 303.86.I really don't want to pay that bill but if I don't I will not be able to talk to my husband, and I just know that when I do get to talk to someone they will not tell me anything, since they don't even speak english. I really hate this company and they are doing what ever they want to and charging what ever they want and our goverment isn't doing nothing about it, letting them get away with it. why should we have to pay also just because our love ones are in jail. we really need to stand together on this and not allow them to do this to us or anyone ele's. we should file suit against global tel link. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS ANYMORE!! they are taking money from everyone , and not letting us get our calls they are calling the shots when we should be, charging what ever they feel like and getting away with it. something really needs to be done about it, if your as mad as I am lets stand together and do something.thank you sandra from new york
