I was called at work by Tony Smitt who said he had a buyer for my property. This buyer was prequalified and closing in the amount of $15,000 would take place in 30 - 45 days. That was 12/21/07. Every time I call I get told Tony just left, he's at lunch, or the best one, he's been out because his child waqs sick. I spoke to the "supervisor" jerry" who told me they were waiting for 1 more paper from the buyer. That was 8 weeks ago. I now get put on hold and never answered or told no one is in. I even got passed to Tony's assistant (thief) Shannon, who gives me the same story with a whole lot of attitude. Everyone ripped off should contact the Attorney General in thier state as I amgoing to do tomorrow. These people are obbviousls thieves and they need to be arrested and prosecuted.
