Global Timeshare Sales Unsolicited call from Gabbie of Global Timeshare Sales persuaded me there was immediate buyer for my Miami time share. After convincing me there was a good profit she requested commission immediately( credit card or bank transfer), on the phone, for $1300 Orlando Florida

I received an unsolicited call on my cell phone from Gabbie of Global Timeshare Sales. I never get unsolicited calls on this phone and therefore the caller had to have access to my timeshare membership information.

The caller told me that the Miami timeshare was in demand and that they ahd a buyer for it this week. Until now I had not even thought of selling but the price quoted was almost doulbe what I paid! Naturally I became interested. She requested my correct phone numbers and address( Thankfully I use a P.O. Box and cell phones)
I was told early in the conversation my only fee for the sale was $1,300. which sounded like an appropriate commission. After Gabbie had all the information she needed she said I could put the $1,300 on my credit card. I replied that usually in real estate transactions I've had, the commission comes out of the sales proceeds.
She replied that time share sales are not real estate transactions and if I ever want to sell my time share this was the only way it was done.

I replied that I was not paying for anything like this up front. She continued trying to convince me. I finally hung up.

Don't give any information over the phone to strangers-- call them back after you've checked up on the source! I gave too much -- my current phone number and PO. Box-- at least it wasn't worse than that.
