 Broke my phone 12/18/13, called in claim, paid extra to have it expedited 1-3 biz days. Ok great I will have it for Christmas!

Well here we are day 5 and they can;t tell me when my phone will be shipped. The answer I got was "well based on availablity" - Who sells insurance based on availability? When you call the claims department they are cluless. They are just there to take your claim. They were going to internally contact the Expedition department ( you can;t speak to them or email them) to give me a call back in 1-2 biz days. Call me where??? I have NO phone!! I told them I do not need a call back just the phone! They have a hold on our credit card. Please do your due diligence before buying this useless protection plan.
