Having chronic pain in my foot and back, I looked into "cbd oils" on line. I opted "GMax" CBD oil and placed the order for a bottle. My bad... I neglected to do my due diligence. I then took a screenshot of the order and contact information.

The product was received several days later and I began prescribed treatment that day following the label instructions. The first day there was no relief. I followed the instructions for 3 days believing in a possible cumulative affect. Still there was no relief. The product was not effective so I decided to return the item.

Attemptsto use the contact information from the screenshot I'd filed were fruitless. The email address provided was non-existent. The phone number went through to a multi-company "customer service" that was unable to locate my account using either my email address or name. Thus began my goose chase. After about two hours of incorrect email addresses and phone numbers I finally found a web address of "naturesblend.biz", another non-existent address! However, there is a listed link from the Google browser search for return material authorization which actually provided the correct contact information.
