GNS - Lipo Matrix Arvada Colorado

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They willing and knowingly commit fraud if you attempt to dispute a payment. I ordered Lipo Matrix which came with a SIX week guarantee.. their web site actually says LEGALLY BINDING GUARANTEE which gives you a (false) sense of security. 1- you MUST get a return shipping # from them. In my case, they waited until it was too late to physically send the product back by repeatedly ignoring my requests.

The next thing I did was cancel my VISA # so they could not make automated future shipments. But when I disputed it with VISA - I sent VISA all my documents including e-mails etc. and GNS sent DOCTORED "receipts" where they removed the 6 week period and changed it to 30 days! They intentially commited fraud. I have cold hard proof in my original receipt that says 6 weeks and yet VISA refuses to do anything about it. I might also add that I won't order anything on line with VISA anymore. I have dealt with some disputes with DISCOVER and they have always been excellent in their service. --I might even ad, one time when I purchased a gift card from a company that went out of business before the card was used, even though DISCOVER couldn't get $ from that bankrupted company - they still gave ME my money back in a "good faith gesture". But VISA says... "sorry, nothing we can do". They admit this company "defended" their position with false documents but won't do anything about it! THIS COMPANY (GNS) SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Their products don't work, their guarantee is a joke. And VISA is impotent when it comes to defending you.
