I ordered the chordbuddy from goingtoday.com on 12/4/13 and received this email

It is now 12/20 and I have receive no email that the item has been shipped. 16 days later. I received no response to an email I sent requesting status or refund I tried to call on their posted phone number and it goes to a fax. This is a Christmas gift and I do not want it after Christmas!! That is to say even if they ever planned to sell it!
