I have played at the Golden Casino website. I realize that there are restrictions on gambling online in the United States; however, i have always enjoyed playing. Golden Casino is very dishonorable and I think participates in fraudulent financial activities. On two occasions, I had two deposits that showed up on my credit card twice. When I tried to speak to customer service and explain that they had charged me twice, i got no results. I also notice that withdrawals are billed to various companies with many different names.
The reason this is done is so that the financial institutions and the FDIC cannot track it back to Golden Casino. I feel that they do not pay out monies and when you do request a withdrawal, it is very difficult to receive the money and they expect you to send very private and personal information. I don't understand why they would accept a credit card number without verifying it but in order to get a payout, you have to verify it.
I requested a small refund in the amount of $200 for the two times I was overcharged on my credit card. i could not even get a response via e-mail and when I spoke to someone on the phone, all he did was lock my account. I would like to know what legal action can be taken or who I should file a complaint. I think the FDIC needs to know about the financial dealings of this company. I do not think the banks and credit card companies should honor these transactions. Any suggestions?

I was also ripped -off TWICE from GOLDEN CASINO but this time they won't pay my winnings.

Dear Linda,
It's ironic, I happen to be filing a report against Golden Casino for the second time but this time they flat out refuse to pay me the $3700 I won and NOW I know why because sent them an e-mail back in July which I forgot all about but I was never told I couldn't play there anymore as I never charged back a dime of the $1250 I lost there from waht I feel was a result of software tampering. But that being much harder to prove and is totally different from the report I just filed tonight 10/03/07 since when I woke up this morning after playing there last night, I found my account was locked when I went to sign in??
I had forgotten that I had played there ONE time in July and sent them an e-mail and afterwards filed a report with Ripp-off report ONLY because I 'felt" I was ripped off, but I didn't pursue it so nothing ever became of it but like I said that was a whole different scenerio. different. besides, I had to prove that they were cheating and how could I, so I j just conveyed what I believed. I have that 1st amendment right!
Anyway, when I couldn't sign in I called them and I was more concerned about my getting my winnings and I have the e-mail confirming the cashout and method of delivery but the next morning after they told me I was locked out because I sent them a harshly but honest e-mail and filed and told them I wanted their vegas technology sofware investigated and audited.
After all I had the right to SPEAK my mind and give player feedback and out of anger I filed a report but never pursued it as I said. But when they told me they would ONLY be sending me the $99 dollars I deposited, I flipped and got on the horn and PC and filed numerous complaints with every agency, casino newsletter editors, the antigua director of gaming and ALL the watchdog sites like casinomeister, just today in fact, and it appears like a handful of individuals and regulators said they are going to intervene and go to bat for me and hopefully pursuade the crooked casino, that ONLY trying to grasp at straws and use every loophole they could NOT to pay me.
I will NOT tolerate a nearly $4000 loss because of their refusal to pay me for NO justified reason. What about the first $1250 I LOST to them? They got ALL their money from me in a heartbeat, as angry as I was when I wrote them an angry mail and the first report to this site, I never once attempted a chargeback being the honerable person and NOT a sore loser, even though I had my suspicsions about there software and practices just as you do.
If they do NOT give me what I won fair and square, I would like to know if you would be interested in joining me for a class action suit with me and others we can find through similar posts at player forums. The more people the better credibility we will have and we will get damages beyond what they actually owe us..if we have to go that route and file a lawsuit. I am all for it if ALL the people I contacted, a ton of them, aren't successful in urging or pursuading them to just PAY me and that's it. I'll take the $1250 loss after playing there one preivious time as I vaguely remember and which I totally and honestly forgot all about. Otherwise, and even though I was extremely lucky this time around, I would have NEVER re-registered and played there but I did and I won and WANT my MONEY!
Get back to me...through casinomeister or this site. In fact send your complaint to Bryan at CasinoMeister he has a pretty good repore with these casino owners. If you haven't done so already.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
legal action

I don't believe that any legal action can be taken since by your own admission what you are doing is illegal. The only legal gaming that can be done online in the US is poker and that is because you are playing against other players and not the house.
