Goldencasino.com casino does not pay it's online winners Internet internet

my wife and i play the games at goldencasino.com my wife won some money playing video slots, she decided to transfer $225 to our checking account thats when the problem started she began the transaction in november 2008 and has met with a runaround since, everytime she calls these people they tell her something else. it started as a 3 day wait and 2 weeks later when she did not hear from them they told her they needed more information so she sent it and waited with no contact from them so she called them again then they tell her the waiting time is longer for new customers so she waited some more. then they tell her it will take 2 to 7 days she didn't get her money she called them again then they tell her 7 to 10 days she still don't have the money!!!!!!

does anyone out there have the phone number for the international police dept.? i think it's time to shut these people down before they rip very many more people off
