Goldfield Corporate Headquarters Goldfield Goldfield Corperate Headquarters and multiple reps total ripoff class action lawsuit.Las Vegas, Nevada

Received a phone call at our Tanning Salon one day and it was from Goldfield.  They were offering help in regards to receiving a SBA small business loan.  Since we could use the help and money to pay off other loans and only have the promised low interest rate small business loan.  The rep IMMEDIATELY after some business info they asked for said that we were qualified for a 100,000 loan at low interest.  With that said they said the only way to close this was to pay the $2997.00 upfront for paperwork filing fees. We payed this in June of 2009.  After 7 months of run around and passing from rep to rep paperwork after paperwork faxed we still have yet to get anywhere.  At one point the rep told us that he got pushed into this since someone else working on it got fired. He said he didnt know what was going on here people are getting in trouble for money going into there personal accounts.  We still are on good terms with them and are wondering where to go next.  Class action lawsuit, on our own, or simply s.o.l.

Attached is a Myspace photo of the rep that we are currently dealing with now. Says his name is Joseph Samuel Langford. Only liscence he says he has is cab driver liscence.
