Goldfield Corporate Headquarters Promised 250k in lines of credit/loans/cards and delivered nothing. Paid 4k so far and all I get is a run around *When* someone will bother to talk to you. Las Vegas Nevada

In Sept 2008, I paid Goldfield Corporate Headquarters 4,000.00 for a new nevada corporation. I was promised that the corporation would cost a total of 7995 half now half later. I would receive credit cards within weeks to start building up my Dun and Bradstreet number and Paydex score. I was told I would have the cards before I needed to pay the last half and I they would be working on lines of credit and loans at that point, to get me to 250k credit within one year, 80k within 2-3 months.

I was surprised after filling out paperwork for the company that they had this huge compliance list and they wanted money for a business plan also in the neighbourhood of 2500. I was floored, they tell me at the start 7995 for everything then the extras they hit you with. I had nothing on this list the gave me and I was led to believe all that was needed on my part was to pay their fee and that was it.

I have been through more reps than I care to note, Ed Kerr being one of them but I just kept getting passed from rep to rep who promised to help me, but none have. They have not sent me my corporate minutes or anything except one email containing what they want to do for compliance, which they should be covering for the fee.

We have requested a full refund but now the people at Goldfield are dodging calls. If anyone can help with past experience or if there is a class action suit I would like to hear from you.
