Gold's Gym Lied about contract, renewed without my permission, exorbitant charges a lie Rockville Maryland
*Author of original report: Gold's Gym Is All Lies & More Lies
You're not the only one being sent these fake, made-up bills. I told them I stopped going because I couldn't afford it. What do I get? A collections statement from First Credit Services stating I owe them over $700 for personal training and gym dues. I ended personal training mid-month and they kept saying I'm locked onto a contract. That's bulls*. If you're filing a class-action lawsuit, I would like to be part of it. What is your email?

I got sent a collections bill from First Credit Services, Inc. stating I owe them $700. The truth is I don't owe them squat. Gold's Gym renewed my contract several times without my permisson and these charges are fake. I wished I researched them online before signing on. There are thousands of us with the same plight. This is not the only gym that does deceptive practices.
If they called me harassing and/or threatening this bill, I will do the same back at them and laugh alot on the phone. *cackles*
I think a class-action lawsuilt would help us greatly. Have you contacted the state of attorney?
