Worst Gym Ever!!! RUN run run!!! They CHEAT You In Fine Print!! They are Very Rude!!! I was a 3 year member, I canceled my membership 3 days before billing, and billing is already 30 days in advance. They refused to not charge me on my billing date because they said I had to give a 30 day notice, but the 30 day prepayment should be the 30 day notice, but no, they said I would have to had canceled on August 10 to not have to pay through NOVEMBER!! I felt this extremely unethical, It's not about the money, Its about being CHEATED!! So I called the national customer service number, the wait was long, and the girl was very RUDE!! she was talking over me, not listening, and refused to let me speak with the manager, eventually she hung up on me. Also I know someone who they messed up on her billing, and charged her the entire contract sum of over $600 on the first bank draft. They bounced her bank, and refused to pay her bank fee's!! so GO somewhere that cares about integrity and customer service, because they sure don't!!
