Good Gear NEVER SHIPS ITEMS

This company advertised on Facebook and I should have never trusted a sponsored ad.  I ordered a cut t-shirt in July that was to be shipped within 10-20 days.  I contacted them in August and received a canned response about it being processed.  In september I did a little research and saw that many people had been scammed by this same company.  I filed a complaint via Paypal, and the next day they supplied a shipping/tracking number (what a coincidence).  It was quickly detailed to arrive within TWO days. Again, wow how quickly they respond when they are called out by Paypal.  Followed the tracking details and it showed delivery in Texas two days later.  Only problem is that I live in Illinois.  Paypal closed my claim (NOT in my favor) automatically because once it's showed "delivered" they settle in favor of the seller.  I personally called paypal and explained the situation and only then did I receive a refund via paypal.  Honestly, who else is going to go through all of the trouble I did to receive a small amount of money back.  Well, everyone needs to so these people can stop scamming hard working people like you and me.  Follow through with your bank or paypal until you receive your money back.
