I CRYSTAL LAX DO SWEAR TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES THAT THE BELOW STATEMENTS ARE TRUE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES. I CRYSTAL LAX WAS TAKEN TO GOOD SAMARITIAN HOSPITAL AFTER BEING HAVING COMPLICATION FROM A INTESTINE AND COLON SURGERY ID HAD DONE ABOUT A YEAR AGO. MY HERNIA WAS INFLARED AND A SERVRE BAD HEADACHE.

I was just having general conversation with my nurse about my homeless situation and explain how being homeless can make a person (feel) like killing themselves. I DIDNT SAY, I WAS GOING TO KILL MYSELF!!!
 
I never specified that I was going to kill myself. I said this situation of homelessness make you feel like it because it wear down on your mental and emotions. The nurse took what I said and ran off with it in the wrong direction.
 
I declare very clearly I AM going to kill myself. The staff told me I had no other choice the doctor on duty and three security guards along with a big black male nurse held me down, gave me a shot without telling what they was giving me. 
 
The hospital male staff told me if I didn't lay down on the bed they were going to restrain me and when I told them I refuse treatment, I don't want your hospital treating and restraining me up against my will.
 
 All men taunt me and said "Well its going to happen rather you like it or not. I told them I didn't want to be restrain against my own free will. 
 
I never said I was going to kill myself. A lot of California hospital goes up against a lot of black patients white at this particular hospital the majority of staff was white, Hispanic and Asian.
 
I told them I AM a Certified Paralegal and I know my patient right and I have a right to speak with a patient liason staff. The staff detain restrain false imprison me against my own free will where I couldn't move they restrain my ankles, rest and handcuff me to the bed.
