Good Team Movers Refuses to pay for services Sunrise, Florida

This company moved a customer and did a lot of damage to a piano and organ as well as other things.  They wanted an estimate for repairs from the customer.  We were called to come do this and advised our moving estimates are for a charge.  The customer provided the contact information (phone and address).  I called this company and Michael answered.  I told him I have the inspection/estimate report and our invoice for the service ready to submit.  I asked him where to send it.  He said to send it to him and gave me his e-mail address.  He did not say give it to the customer with the damage for him to submit or pay the invoice.  He said to send it direct to him.  I did this.  Now they are refusing to pay the bill eventhough they accepted our work product.
We are about to get the piano and organ in our shop and have found out from Good Team Movers that they have not done anything to satisfy the claim of this customer.
I would recommend you do not ever use this company for moving nor do any service for them.
