Google Treasure Chest False advertisement scam. Tells all you pay is $1.97 for CD and then debits an UNAUTHORIZE charge of $72.21 Sandy Utah

Google Treasure Chest advertises for a start up kit for the price of $1.97. The start up kit is a CD that was sent to my home shortly after I placed my order. The kit is suggestions on how to make money on line from your home. The advertisement states all you do is pay $1.97. Within 5-6 days later I noticed a debit from my account of $72.21 that I did not authorize. I have read other reports of complaints on this company and apparently, this debit continues every month according to the complaint reports. I saw no "fine print" indicating this monthly charge when I filled out the information. The email given for this company according to other complaint reports is invalid.
