What a joke!
This place took me for $2200.16 They hide behind the LLC. Do not use them or their property management repair team. Cade also known as assurance who know's what they are calling themselves this week. This place hires un licensed contractors to go in and do repairs. Then if the un-licensed contractors don't get paid by these guys who charged me $1000 then only offered the un licensed contractor $500 and never paid them. They work as general contractors without having a contractors license. Contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get your money back. Have these guys stopped and put in jail. Oh yeah, it's not a civil punishment it's a criminal charge. Then contact the Arizona Board of Realtors. Attorney General, and so on. Don't think you will get anywhere with the Broker when the broker is the one behind it all.
So #1 if you have been a ripped off by Home America or Go Renter One of the easiest ways to nail them would be to take any work orders, quotes, invoices and reciepts and check to see if there is a ROC # or if it says not licensed contractor. If it has neither. Well then you may have something.
Other than that just keep calling the Board of Realtors. Again and again.
