Will try to scam you out of your earnest $. Read there contract very carefully !!! They try to get your earnest money after 10 days .. They will tell you they have another offer to be on there desk by the end of the day, even when they dont, trying to get you to offer the full price etc. there contract states they can remove all personal property .. Meaning refrigerators, stoves etc. that maybe in the house when you make your offer!
They just will not work with you at all , it's there way or the hiway !
