GoSmart Mobile Do not give these people a dime Internet

A couple days ago I tried to sign up for gosmart mobile using there online activation. I purchased the sim card online, I think the best thing about the company that I can say is that they are capable of shipping items to the proper address, after that its all down hill.

They had no problem charging me 10 dollars for the sim card starter package and 40 dollars to start service, but its the start service part, thats were the trouble began.

I asked them to transfer my number to the new account and they said no problem, I provided them with my account information (which I verified with my current carrier) and then waited for the switch over to happen. but it never did, so I called them and asked what was going on and they said that the information i provided for my current provider was incorrect and that they are unable to process my order until I provide them with the correct information. 

over a dozen phone calls between carriers and it was clearly gosmartmobile in the wrong here, I verifed multiple times with my current provider in regards to the account information required to transfer the number but gosmartmobile was unable to do this. I asked for a refund on my purchased made through there site for the starter kit and a month of service that was not even started and they said they do not provide refunds.

Spoke with 3 supervisors, all said that they do not provide refunds, its not about the money here, its simply the fact that somehow they are able to take money from people and do absolutely nothing for it. It's a genius scam, I don't know how they pull it off but its genius.
