I received an e-mail stating that I could purchase a meat tenderizer for $9.95 which I later read was really going to cost me $19.90. They would charge me another $9.95 after 30 days and so I said okay and send my credit card information. They billed me on August 20, 2014 but as of today 9/17/14 I had not received my product so I called them again, (already called a week ago and was told it was shipped) to let them know that I had not received my product to be told that they would give me a $5.00 credit on my account which I will never use again and they had no idea when I would receive my product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will cancel my credit card within the next two weeks and get another so they cannot debit it again and again.

I had filed a report on Gourmet Cooking in September. Now, in October they have charged my credit card another payment on a meat tenderizer which I had already paid for. I am cancelling my card so that they cannot keep doing this. I read where they have charged other people on a monthly basis and they didn't realize until it was into the hundreds of dollars. I will never order from GOURMET COOKING and you should not either unless you like a bogus charge each month!

After filing this report within two days I received an e-mail telling me that they were shipping my product. It did take about 7-10 days to receive it but they did ship. Thank you Rip Off for helping me get my problem resolved!
