Grand Canyon University GCU Financial Aid holding Phoenix Arizona

Grand Canyon University are the greatest BS artist i have ever met.  I have been attending this school since 2009 and I have had trouble with the financial end of it every year. My last Classes began April 26 2010. I have submitted all my verification paperwork multiple times (for which i have to do every year) and each time i call I get a new representative with no information or the same it should be done in a week lies. I have yet to recieve my refund check which i need to get things like books for the class. My first class was an ebook so i didnt sweat it. Now I am in the 4th week of my second class and have no materials. They have already recieved the funds and according to my lender I am already incurring finance charges on the money as well.

They have also not reported to student clearing house so noe more money I dont have while going to school and holding down a full time job is going to keep previous student loans off my credit report.

I am so disgusted with the entire process but like many others I am in so deep now i might as well finish my education. And when I attempted to leave the school they had already enrolled me into a class that I ended up having to pay for though i never attended plus a thirty dollar drop fee.

I am posting here because while reading other post i noticed that miracuously though you can get no help when you call the finance office(as i do several times a week for the last three months) it seems that a few representatives from GCU are reading these posts and are now ready to help.

I dont want special treatment I just want the money i am already paying for.
