Grant Instructor LLC Paid fee NO SERVICE Internet

I would like to inform everyone about the grant writing program that seems good and not expensive, 1.99 -1x fee. The program is called Grant Instruction LLC. I gave them my credit card # over the Internet, received the confirmation of payment, was able to get into the site that first night after paying for it. Then the next day when I tried nothing. Would not let me in. I used the correct password, because I downloaded the confirmation information to make sure that I had a receipt of everything. Well none of that has worked of done any good. I have emailed customer service, and got a response one time and none after that. When you try to use the password given it says it is wrong. You can't receive any time of techinical assistance because you have to log in and of course you can't because the password is not fuctioning. So do not use this site. I have paid for something that I can not use. Then there is another problem, well not as bad a problem as some might have, but I gave my charge card # to these people and they could debit my account and I am not receiving any services. For me it is easier, because my charge card is a pre paid, but what if it wasn't, and some people would use their bank card and they could have a real problem.
Well, I just thought that I would make the public aware of this situation and if you are looking for a grant writing program, steer clear of this one. I know from personal experience.
